Role Purpose
Lead and manage the complete engineering function for a USFDA-approved Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing facility. Responsible for plant engineering operations utilities maintenance projects compliance reliability EHS adherence and continuous improvement to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complete engineering and maintenance operations for USFDA-approved Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) facility.
- Manage utilities including HVAC Boiler Chillers Air Compressors Electrical Water Systems and DG operations.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with USFDA cGMP MHRA and EU guidelines.
- Handle plant engineering projects equipment installation qualification and commissioning.
- Drive preventive & predictive maintenance utility reliability and energy optimization initiatives.
- Support regulatory audits and ensure timely CAPA closure.
- Lead engineering teams and ensure adherence to EHS and quality standards.
Desired Profile
- B.E./ in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering.
- 15–25 years of pharma engineering experience with strong exposure to regulated plants.
- Minimum 5 years in leadership role in USFDA-approved OSD facility.
- Strong knowledge of pharma utilities HVAC maintenance systems and GMP
