Agile Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced and certified Scrum Master to lead Agile project delivery and coordinate cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management stakeholder coordination and communication skills along with an understanding of application architecture. Knowledge of the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain is an added advantage.

• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups sprint reviews and retrospectives.
  

• Manage project scope timelines budgets risks and deliverables.
  

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Development QA UX and Business teams to ensure timely delivery.
  

• Act as the primary point of contact for business and technical stakeholders ensuring effective communication and escalation management.
  

• Coordinate with external vendors and technology partners as required.
  

• Support UAT release management deployment and go-live activities.
  

• Identify and resolve delivery blockers while driving continuous process improvements.
  

• 3 8 years of experience in Scrum Master Agile delivery or project management roles.
  

• Mandatory Scrum Master certification (CSM PSM or equivalent).
  

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies sprint management and project delivery.
  

• Awareness of 3-tier application design and architecture (Presentation Business Logic and Data layers).
  

• Excellent communication leadership stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
  

• Ability to independently manage small to mid-sized projects with strong ownership and accountability.
  

• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams and managing delivery risks.
  

• MBA preferred ideally from a reputed business school.
  

• Knowledge of the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain is an added advantage.
