Job Title: Aftermarket Engineer

Job Location: Bengaluru

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end aftermarket operations including service spares AMC/CMC contracts retrofits and upgrades.
• Ensure timely installation commissioning maintenance and breakdown support of industrial machinery at customer sites.
• Develop and grow aftermarket revenue through spares sales service contracts consumables and modernization solutions.
• Coordinate with service engineers application teams and logistics for effective field support.
• Build strong customer relationships handle escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Plan and track preventive maintenance schedules and service KPIs (MTTR uptime response time).
• Work closely with sales teams to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities in the installed base.
• Maintain accurate records of installed machines service history spares consumption and warranty claims.
• Support training programs for customers and internal service engineers.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards quality processes and company policies.
