Aesthetic Physician Medical Trainer

Subhaa Healthcare is a premium healthcare and aesthetics company representing innovative products technologies and treatment solutions across dermatology aesthetics and regenerative medicine.

We work closely with dermatologists aesthetic physicians clinics and medical professionals across India.

We are looking for an experienced Aesthetic Physician / Medical Trainer on a contractual basis to support our growing aesthetics and dermatology portfolio.

This role is suited to a doctor with hands-on experience in aesthetic procedures and injectables who understands not only the products but also how they are used in clinical practice.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable discussing treatment protocols patient selection procedure techniques contraindications aftercare and clinical considerations with dermatologists and aesthetic physicians.

The role will involve a combination of clinical training product education demonstrations and doctor engagement.

1. Demonstrate strong practical knowledge of aesthetic injectable procedures.
2. Have hands-on experience with procedures such as botulinum toxin dermal fillers and other commonly used aesthetic injectables depending on the relevant product portfolio.
3. Understand facial anatomy injection techniques treatment planning and patient assessment.
4. Explain appropriate patient selection indications contraindications precautions and aftercare.
5. Understand how different aesthetic procedures and technologies can be incorporated into treatment protocols.
6. Stay updated with developments in aesthetic medicine and minimally invasive procedures.

1. Conduct product and procedure training sessions for dermatologists and aesthetic physicians.
2. Support doctors during product demonstrations and clinical workshops.
3. Explain the correct clinical application and procedural aspects of products.
4. Participate in doctor education programs workshops conferences and masterclasses.
5. Support live demonstrations where clinically appropriate and legally permitted.
6. Address clinical and procedural questions from doctors.
7. Help the sales team communicate product information accurately from a clinical perspective.

1. Develop a strong understanding of Subhaas aesthetics and dermatology portfolio.
2. Translate product science and clinical information into practical applications for doctors.
3. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop medically accurate product education and training material.
4. Provide clinical feedback from doctors and the market to the Subhaa team.
5. Support product launches and medical education initiatives.
6. Review educational content where clinical input is required.

1. MBBS with relevant experience in aesthetic medicine dermatology or cosmetology.
2. Additional qualifications/training in aesthetic medicine dermatology or injectables preferred.
3. 2 years of hands-on experience in aesthetic procedures preferred.
4. Practical experience with injectable procedures is strongly preferred.
5. Strong understanding of aesthetic treatment protocols and facial anatomy.
6. Comfortable training and communicating with experienced dermatologists and aesthetic physicians.
7. Strong presentation and communication skills.
8. Able to explain clinical concepts clearly and practically.
9. Professional confident and comfortable representing a premium medical aesthetics company.
10. Willingness to travel occasionally for workshops doctor training and conferences.

This is a contractual / consulting position with the possibility of assignments based on:
