Job summary
We are seeking a GeoSpatial Sr. Engineer with expertise in AEP Customer Journey Analytics to join our dynamic team. This role involves leveraging geospatial data to enhance customer experiences and drive business insights. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 9 years of experience and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This position does not require travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze geospatial data to identify patterns and trends that can improve customer journey analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate geospatial insights into business strategies.
• Develop and implement geospatial models to enhance customer experience and engagement.
• Utilize AEP Customer Journey Analytics to optimize customer interactions and touchpoints.
• Provide technical expertise in geospatial data processing and analysis.
• Design and maintain geospatial databases to support analytics initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all geospatial analyses and reports.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate geospatial insights effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest geospatial technologies and trends to drive innovation.
• Support the development of new geospatial tools and applications.
• Document processes and methodologies for future reference and training.
• Contribute to the companys mission by enhancing customer satisfaction through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong background in geospatial analysis and AEP Customer Journey Analytics.
• Demonstrate proficiency in geospatial software and tools.
• Have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Show ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Exhibit strong communication skills to convey complex data insights.
• Hold a degree in Geography Computer Science or a related field.
• Have experience in data visualization and dashboard creation.
