Job Title : AeJ Securitized Products and Private Credit

Experience : 2 to 4 Years

Location : Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct financial due diligence by reviewing borrower financials projections industry trends and business performance.
  
• Build and maintain financial models covering cash flows debt sizing returns sensitivities and covenants.
  
• Prepare investment memos pitchbooks teasers and credit committee presentations.
  
• Prepare regular portfolio and transaction reports and respond to stakeholder queries.
  
• Coordinate with Credit Risk Legal Compliance Tax and Finance teams to support transactions.
  
• Manage transaction documentation covenant compliance trigger events and trade lifecycle activities.
  
• Monitor executed deals and portfolio performance identifying credit risks and early signs of deterioration.
  
• Track macroeconomic industry and market developments and provide relevant insights to the team.

• Strong knowledge of Credit Analysis Financial Analysis and Investment Banking.
  
• Experience in financial modelling cash-flow analysis debt sizing and returns analysis.
  
• Understanding of securitized products private credit structured finance or corporate credit.
  
• Ability to analyze borrower financials credit risk covenants and investment opportunities.
  
• Strong skills in preparing investment/credit memos and presentations.
  
• Knowledge of transaction lifecycle documentation and portfolio monitoring.
  
• Strong Excel analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
