Advisor, Continuous Improvement
Job Summary
Job Purpose and Impact
The Advisor Continuous Improvement will work closely with senior leaders business partners and internal teams to provide expertise and insight to execute and lead process this role you will work to achieve process excellency of the end to end business processes by developing a strong process culture optimized solutions and sustained execution.
Key Accountabilities
Drive business alignment adherence and governance to global process requirements and best practices align with the global process communities and partner with process owners within the company.
Partner with process and data technology teams and business relationship managers to drive standard solutions accelerate process stabilization for enterprise requirements planning and other technology enabling business processes.
Collaborate with business process owners to lead and align process design and implementation of process metrics foroptimalexecution and results.
Drive implementation ofoptimalprocess solutions to meet growth and cost reduction goals.
Persuade internal stakeholders external seniorstakeholdersand peers to acceptnew ideas approachestechniquesand standardsin order toensure complex solutions are implemented successfully.
Cultivate a global business process network by using current networks of process leads subject matter specialists and leadership sponsors to build an integrated process community.
Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction usingadditionalresearch and interpretation toidentifyissues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in IT Engineering Business or equivalent experience
- 6 years of relevant experience
- Proven success leading complex cross-functional process improvement initiatives
- Experience embedding within business functions to drive measurable sustained outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management; able to influence without authority
- Skilled in defining KPIs baselines and performance monitoring frameworks
- Experience establishing governance accountability and continuous improvement practices
- Ability to prioritize initiatives using structured frameworks (value vs. effort risk impact)
- Hands-on expertise in Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC/DMEDI) or continuous improvement
- Strong strategic thinking problem-solving facilitation and decision-making skills
- Experience working with technology/data environments and partnering with tech teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (preferred) with proven project impact
- Experience in digital/IT environments (ITSM ServiceNow ITIL SDLC product/app management)
- Exposure to AI-driven operations cybersecurity or vulnerability management
- Experience in large transformation programs across multiple value streams
- Ability to align process improvements with business strategy
- Experience building process maturity ownership and performance visibility
- Coaching/mentoring experience (Green Belts SMEs process owners)
