Main Roles & Responsibilities
As an Advanced Data Analyst you will play a key role inthe EMT initiatives helping transform how engineering data isinterpreted and used across the entire value chain. Your focus will be onmaking complex engineering information understandable reliable and actionablefor decisionmakers across NNE.
You will work on analyzing trends clarifying data definitions identifying inconsistencies and ensuring that engineering data ispresented in a way that supports project execution and cross disciplinaryalignment.
You will contribute to strengthening data governance by helpingdefine how engineering data should be organized validated andcommunicatedensuring consistency and quality across projects and teams.
At NNE we are a digital first organization and you will be partof shaping how engineering data is explored documented and shared. Youranalytical perspective will support improvements in process claritydecision making value chain integration and how teams work withstandardized data across disciplines.
Within the EMDE team youll collaborate closely with EMTdisciplines engineering disciplines IT and business stakeholders to helpcreate a unified understanding of engineering data. Your insights will supportthe development of a consistent governance framework and contribute to how dataconnects and supports the entire value chain.

Lead mapping of engineering processes and associated data flows (cross-discipline cross-system)
Identify data sources relationships gaps and inconsistencies across engineering models and tools

Design and develop advanced Power BI dashboards tailored to stakeholder and project needs
Translate business and engineering questions into data models KPIs and meaningful visual insights
Act as a bridge between engineering digital and IT teams to align data structures and workflows
Drive data standardization and contribute to governance definitions and best practices
Provide analytical insights and recommendations to improve engineering processes and data quality
Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
Able to combine strong analytical skills with solid technical understanding.
Education and Work Experience
In all positions there are some things that areneeded and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for youto do well in this role:
You have a bachelors or masters degree in a relevant field.
You have at least 6 years of hands-on experience within MS Power Platform with main focus on Power BI (Data Modeling DAX Visualization)
Youhave experience working with SQL data handling (preferred) and programming languages such as Python.
You have a Strong analytical and structured problem solving skills
You have a good understanding of data flows systems and integrations
You have a strong stakeholder communication (business and technical)
You have a good ability to translate data into business insights.
You have some experience with ETL/ELT processes.
You speak and write English fluently.
