HIRING: Adobe Journey Optimizer Associate Manager
Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 6-8 Years
Education: 15 Years of Full-Time Education
We are looking for an experienced Adobe Journey Optimizer professional with 7.5 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer strong application design and configuration skills and the ability to lead teams and deliver scalable solutions aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Act as an SME and collaborate with teams to deliver solutions
Take ownership of team-level technical decisions
Engage with multiple teams on key technical decisions
Provide solutions to complex problems
Drive process improvements for productivity and quality
Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing
Coordinate cross-functional communication and project delivery
Support adoption of new technologies and tools
Required Skills
Adobe Journey Optimizer Mandatory
