Admission Counsellor

We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Admission Counsellor in Trichy Tamil Nadu. • Guide prospective learners on career opportunities and educational pathways.
  
• Conduct detailed counseling sessions to understand learner goals and aspirations.
  
• Present and demonstrate online and blended learning programs effectively.
  
• Manage assigned leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
  
• Achieve weekly enrollment revenue and collection targets.
  
• Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up activities in CRM systems.
  
• Build long-term relationships with learners throughout the enrollment journey.
  
• Collaborate with marketing teams by providing feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
  

1. B2C Sales Proven ability to achieve revenue and conversion targets.
   
2. Career Counseling Ability to advise learners on career growth opportunities.
   
3. CRM Management Experience maintaining lead databases and sales pipelines.
   
4. Educational Product Sales Understanding of learning and training programs.
   
5. Communication & Negotiation Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
   

• Experience selling education or EdTech programs.
  
• Knowledge of online learning platforms.
  
• Data-driven sales approach and reporting skills.
  

Candidates should possess 25 years of B2C sales experience with at least 1 year in a single organization. Experience in education sales is preferred. A proven record of achieving revenue and enrollment targets in an individual contributor role is required.

• Minimum Qualification: Graduation
  
• Preferred Qualification: Engineering Computer Science BCA BBA BSc BCom Management or related disciplines
  
• Additional Certifications: Sales Counseling CRM or EdTech certifications preferred
