Job Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding our courses and career opportunities.

• Handle walk-in enquiries phone calls WhatsApp chats and online leads.

• Explain course features fees batches and placement assistance.

• Convert enquiries into admissions and achieve monthly admission targets.

• Follow up with prospective students using CRM calls and messages.

• Maintain accurate records of leads counselling sessions and admissions.

• Coordinate with trainers and the operations team for student onboarding.

• Participate in education fairs seminars workshops and promotional events when required.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Excellent communication skills in English Hindi and Marathi (preferred).

• Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions education counselling sales customer service or telecalling.

• Strong interpersonal negotiation and counselling skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
