Job Summary

wowte, a leading Healthcare Technology company based in Delhi, India, is seeking an Administration Clerk to join our dynamic team. As an Administration Clerk at wowte, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks and supporting various departments within the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems.

- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis.

- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and emails.

- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.

- Provide general administrative support to staff and visitors.

- Assist in managing and updating databases and records accurately.


Requirements & Skills:

- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

- High attention to detail and accuracy in work.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Familiarity with basic office equipment and procedures.

- Minimum of 0-6 years of relevant administrative experience.


Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in Office Administration or related field.
