Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:-
1. Administrative Operations:
  • Lead and manage all administrative functions across the institution.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies procedures and best practices.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of campus facilities and support services.
  • Coordinate with academic and non-academic departments to address operational requirements.
2. Facilities & Infrastructure Management:
  • Oversee maintenance and upkeep of buildings classrooms laboratories libraries hostels and common areas.
  • Ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance of infrastructure and equipment.
  • Manage campus expansion renovation and infrastructure improvement projects.
  • Monitor utility services including electricity water supply HVAC systems and backup power facilities.
3. Security & Safety Management:
  • Ensure campus security through effective deployment of security personnel and systems.
  • Develop and implement emergency response evacuation and crisis management plans.
  • Ensure compliance with health safety fire and environmental regulations.
  • Conduct periodic safety audits and risk assessments.
4. Transport Management:
  • Oversee transportation operations for students and staff.
  • Ensure vehicle safety maintenance route optimization and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor transport vendors and service quality standards.
5. Housekeeping & Campus Management:
  • Manage housekeeping operations to maintain a clean hygienic and well-maintained campus.
  • Establish service-level standards and monitor vendor performance.
  • Ensure adherence to sanitation and cleanliness protocols.
6. Vendor & Contract Management:
  • Identify evaluate and manage external vendors and service providers.
  • Negotiate contracts service agreements and annual maintenance contracts.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure cost-effective service delivery.
7. Procurement & Asset Management:
  • Oversee procurement of administrative supplies equipment and services.
  • Maintain records of institutional assets and inventory.
  • Ensure proper utilization and lifecycle management of assets.
8. Compliance & Governance:
  • Ensure compliance with educational labor municipal safety and statutory regulations.
  • Coordinate inspections audits and certifications.
  • Maintain all administrative records licenses permits and regulatory documentation.
9. Budgeting & Cost Control:
  • Prepare and manage administrative budgets.
  • Monitor expenditures and identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost optimization.
  • Ensure effective utilization of institutional resources.
10. Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor administration facilities security transport and housekeeping teams.
  • Establish performance goals and monitor team effectiveness.
  • Foster a culture of accountability service excellence and continuous improvement.
