Job Summary
admin (administrative) professional serves as the backbone of an office ensuring daily operations run smoothly by managing correspondence organizing schedules and supporting cross-functional teams. They handle clerical tasks maintain records and act as the primary point of contact for clients and ResponsibilitiesOffice Management: Oversee day-to-day operations including managing office supplies mail distribution and coordinating facility maintenance or : Answer phone calls direct inquiries and respond to emails in a professional and timely & Logistics: Manage calendars organize internal/external meetings and arrange travel Keeping: Maintain and update digital and physical filing systems including databases expense reports and client Support: Assist cross-functional teams (such as HR Finance and Operations) with documentation onboarding or basic Qualifications & SkillsTechnical Proficiency: Strong command of office software like Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and Google : Superb time-management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple priorities and meet : Excellent written and verbal communication : Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding company and personnel : High school diploma or equivalent is typically required while an associates or bachelors degree is often preferred
