Job Role
We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Lead to manage end-to-end AP operations vendor relationships and payment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process invoices & manage vendor payments (ACH wire checks)
* Maintain vendor master & resolve discrepancies
* Support month-end close accruals & reconciliations
* Monitor bank transactions & AP sub-ledger
* Perform spend analysis & ensure compliance
Requirements:
5 years of Accounts Payable experience
Strong accounting fundamentals
Proficiency in Excel & accounting systems
