• Process supplier invoices.
• Perform two-way and three-way invoice matching.
• Review invoice and supporting documentation.
• Identify discrepancies and obtain necessary information.
• Maintain accurate accounts-payable records.
• Support payment-processing activities.
• Follow accounting controls and procedures.
• Meet required processing deadlines.
• Support reconciliation and reporting activities where required.
• graduate.
• Knowledge of key accounting principles and procedures.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
• Working knowledge of two-way and three-way invoice matching.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• 02 years of relevant experience; suitable fresh graduates may also be considered.
• High-volume Accounts Payable or Shared Services experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Organized adaptable and team-oriented.
