About the Role

Raadhika Shoecrafts Private Limited is looking for an experienced and finance-focused Accounts Head to manage the companys accounting financial operations and import-export related financial activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong financial management skills leadership abilities and experience in handling accounts within manufacturing or export-oriented industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complete accounting and financial operations of the company

• Handle financial planning budgeting and cash flow management

• Manage import and export financial documentation and compliance

• Monitor GST TDS statutory filings and tax compliance

• Prepare financial reports MIS reports and balance sheets

• Coordinate with auditors banks and financial institutions

• Ensure accuracy in bookkeeping reconciliations and ledger management

• Supervise accounts team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

• Monitor receivables payables and financial controls

• Support management with financial analysis and strategic planning

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 7 Years

• Gender: Male Candidates Only

• Strong experience in Finance and Accounts

• Mandatory experience in Import & Export accounting

• Preferred industry exposure in manufacturing/export sectors

Salary & Work Timings

• Salary: Up to 12 LPA

• Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Preferred Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management

• Experience in GST TDS and statutory compliance

• Expertise in import-export documentation and finance

• Leadership and team management skills

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency in Tally ERP systems and MS Excel
