Accounts & Finance Manager ( CA Must )
Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations for 34 group companies independently (Handled 500 cr turnover)
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) ensuring timely payments and collections
- Maintain accurate books of accounts including journal entries provisions accruals and reconciliations
- Manage inter-company billing allocations settlements and account reconciliation across entities
- Monitor cash flow track payment obligations and inflows and ensure timely fund availability
- Perform vendor/customer reconciliations and conduct regular ledger scrutiny
- Execute month-end and year-end closing activities accurately and within timelines
- Prepare MIS reports financial summaries and profitability analysis
- Handle end-to-end GST compliance including filings reconciliations and documentation
- Manage TDS computation deductions return filing and statutory compliance
- Ensure FEMA compliance and required reporting/documentation
- Coordinate with auditors banks consultants and internal stakeholders for financial and audit requirements
- Support finalization of accounts and maintain adherence to accounting standards and internal controls
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in accounting finance and statutory compliance
- Strong hands-on expertise in accounting operations and financial reporting
- Thorough understanding of GST TDS FEMA and statutory requirements
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple entities/group company structures
- Strong cash flow management reconciliation analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in detail-oriented and compliance-driven environments
- Excellent communication coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in retail or group company structures preferred
- Knowledge of Indian accounting Standard
