Fashion Sourcing Excellence is a leading fashion buying house that specializes in sourcing production management quality control and logistics for global fashion brands. We are seeking a highly competent Accounts Executive with strong expertise in domestic and international accounting to manage end-to-end accounting operations generate accurate invoices and maintain books of accounts in Tally.

The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical skills hands-on experience in Tally and the ability to manage profitability reporting and invoicing while handling global transactions (US/UK). The role will involve managing end-to-end accounting operations including Accounts Payable & Receivable generating and managing accurate invoices (domestic & international) maintaining books of accounts in Tally preparing and presenting weekly financial & MIS reports analyzing and tracking profit margins for orders/projects handling bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny monitoring cash flow payments and collections working on international transactions (US/UK accounts) including currency handling managing and tracking transactions related to Alibaba portal handling shipping/logistics accounting including DHL accounts and assisting in monthly closing and audit support.

The successful candidate will have a strong working knowledge of Tally & Advanced Excel expertise in invoicing and financial reporting understanding of profitability analysis & margin control experience with weekly reporting systems (MIS) knowledge of international accounting (US/UK) familiarity with Alibaba platform transactions & DHL billing/accounts and excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
