Profile: Accounts and Finance Manager
Exp- to 10yrs
Work Timings: 9 am to 6 pm Mon to Fri 5 days week

Profile: Accounts and Finance Manager
Sector: IT Services
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage financial planning budgeting and forecasting processes.
2. Prepare MIS and analyze key financial metrics including ARR MRR CAC LTV and
churn rates.
3. Prepare financial reports including P&L statements balance sheets and cash flow
statements.
4. Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to improve financial performance.
5. Overview Day to Day accounting
6. Manage vendor payments working capital and cash flow
7. Ensure compliance with tax regulations (TDS GST Income Tax etc) and financial
policies
8. Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors.
