Salary Range: 35k to 40k
Roles:
1. Accounting Operations
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions journal entries and ledger accounts.
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and financial record maintenance.
2. GST & Tax Compliance
- Handle GST TDS and other statutory compliance activities.
- Prepare and reconcile tax-related records and coordinate return filings.
3. Finalization of Accounts
- Assist in monthly and annual finalization of accounts.
- Prepare financial statements and support audit requirements.
4. Bank & Ledger Reconciliation
- Perform bank reconciliation and reconcile customer vendor and ledger accounts.
- Resolve discrepancies in financial records.
5. Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Manage vendor payments customer receipts and outstanding balances.
- Monitor cash flow and payment schedules.
6. MIS & Reporting
- Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries for management.
- Generate reports using MS Excel and accounting software.
7. Coordination & Compliance
- Coordinate with auditors banks and internal departments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Qualification:
- (Mandatory)
- / MBA (Finance) will be an added advantage.
- Candidates from the textile or manufacturing industry will be preferred.
