Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive (Beginner) to join our finance team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in accounting. The Accounts Executive will assist in day-to-day financial operations ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.
Support in preparing invoices receipts and payment vouchers.
Handle data entry of financial transactions into accounting software.
Assist in bank reconciliation and vendor account reconciliation.
Support the preparation of monthly financial reports.
Coordinate with internal departments for expense tracking and documentation.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Provide support during audits and financial reviews.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Commerce Accounting Finance or related field.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. Tally QuickBooks or ERP systems).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Internship or project experience in accounting/finance.
Knowledge of GST TDS and other basic taxation concepts.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
