Account Administrator

Dr Job FZ LLC, a leading IT Services and IT Consulting company in Delhi, India, is seeking an Account Administrator to join our dynamic team. As an Account Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining client accounts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage client accounts efficiently

- Prepare and process financial documents and reports

- Ensure accuracy in billing and invoicing procedures

- Handle client inquiries and resolve account-related issues promptly

- Maintain updated records of financial transactions

- Assist in budget planning and monitoring

Requirements & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards

- 0-4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles

Preferred Qualifications:

- CPA or ACCA certification is a plus
