Job Summary
To ensure the safety care discipline and academic progress of all students while effectively coordinating academic processes for the smooth implementation of a holistic curriculum. The role operates under the guidance of the Principal and the Central Office (CO) Academic Team.
The Academic Executive plays a key role in supporting the schools vision strengthening academic standards and enhancing the institutions image culture and reputation by ensuring there are no academic gaps.
- Ensure effective execution of teachinglearning processes across all grades
- Maintain high standards of classroom management student safety and care
- Identify student strengths and learning gaps and coordinate with Floor Coordinators (FCs) HODs Academic Team and the Principal
- Support continuous improvement in academic delivery and student outcomes
- Review daily syllabus coverage reports submitted by Floor Coordinators and identify gaps in period-wise completion as per lesson plans
- Monitor completion of Clicker tests level-wise tests and measurable activities as per weekly academic plans
- Track homework non-compliance and communicate with teachers via email
- Review academic trackers (activities Clickers level-wise performance) to identify learning gaps and plan remedial actions
- Allocate lesson plans to teachers and finalizers; follow up for timely completion and ensure review as per guidelines
- Verify marks posting status (twice a week) and follow up with pending teachers
- Conduct random checks on LMS eyelock release status
- Monitor timely release of CC Clickers and follow up on incomplete student submissions before deadlines
- Review weekly syllabus coverage and prepare cumulative backlog reports
- Consolidate HOD meeting minutes and track pending Clicker tests in alignment with academic plans
- Monitor E-portfolio activities
- Ensure demo classes are conducted across all departments
- Track pending lesson plans department-wise and follow up with teachers
- Monitor IIT Foundation results and track the progress of CC classes
- Prepare term-end marks reports for academic review meetings
- Analyze survey reports to identify gaps in teacher performance
- Support additional academic planning coordination and reporting requirements
To ensure systematic academic monitoring timely execution of academic plans and continuous improvement in teachinglearning outcomes while upholding institutional standards and quality benchmarks.
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Education or a related field. Teaching certification. Proven experience as a Primary Social science Teacher (1 - 3) years Excellent Communication Skills. Strong passion for education and fostering a love for Social Science in young learners Should have good knowledge of subject with good experience. Students handling skills in the classroom.
