Position: Academic Counselor
We are looking for freshers or candidates with 6 months experience in outbound telecalling who are comfortable working with targets and handling prospective students/candidates.
Requirements
Candidate Profile
Freshers are welcome.
Candidates with 6 months outbound telecalling experience preferred.
Experience in target-based calling/sales will be an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in speaking with students/parents over the phone.
Should be comfortable with follow-ups and conversion targets.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Candidates from telecalling inside sales education counseling customer support or sales backgrounds can apply.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students/candidates.
Understand their requirements and provide suitable course/program information.
Follow up with leads through calls and messages.
Counsel and guide candidates regarding available programs.
Convert qualified leads into enrollments/admissions.
Maintain regular follow-ups and achieve assigned monthly targets.
Update candidate/lead information in the CRM.
Coordinate with the internal team for enrollment and onboarding.
Maintain a professional relationship with students throughout the admission process.

Required Skills:
Qualifications: 1. Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field. Professional certification such as CA CA Inter 2. Proven experience (X years) in internal auditing with a focus on payroll revenue or financial processes. 3. Strong understanding of payroll systems financial accounting principles and statutory regulations. 4. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. 5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. 6. Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
