Job Summary
We are currently seeking an AC Technician to join us at Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach . As an AC Technician you play a vital role in ensuring our properties deliver an experience beyond expectation creating memorable moments for our guests.
- Performs maintenance repairs and upgrades to all air conditioning and refrigeration equipment across the Resort including chillers pumps and coolers ensuring all systems operate at their best.
- Works as part of a collaborative Engineering team to deliver timely professional solutions to maintenance challenges keeping guest comfort and satisfaction at the forefront.
- Takes ownership of assigned tasks and preventative maintenance programs ensuring all work is completed safely efficiently and to the highest standard.
- Partners closely with the Chief Engineer and fellow tradespeople contributing to departmental goals budget adherence and the overall smooth running of hotel facilities.
- Upholds all safety and compliance requirements including the Electrical Safety Act ensuring a safe environment for guests and colleagues alike.
- Maintains a clean and organised work area reports hazards promptly and handles all property and security responsibilities with professionalism and integrity.
