Some administrative tasks may be completed remotely when agreed with your QualificationWe are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:- Bachelors degree in life sciences pharmacy business or a related field.- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales. Experience in a supervisory or team lead role is preferred.- Demonstrated people management coaching or team development experience.- Strong verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to plan territory activities and use CRM or digital tools to track performance.- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned QualificationIf you have the following characteristics it would be a plus:- Experience engaging healthcare professionals in scientific or academic settings.- Clear understanding of the Indian healthcare system and local clinical practice.- Experience building and executing area-level business plans and delivering results.- Ability to use data to form insights and drive team performance.- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in changing environments.- Proficiency in English and at least one regional language relevant to the are committed to inclusion and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
