Job Summary

Dev Ops for Technical Support ProCon

For ProCon we need a DevOps engineer who will take care of the Production Pilot and Development environments.

You will be responsible for 24*7 availability of the ProCon application to ensure that production runs without any deviation in the plants

You will be responsible for the availability of Test and Development environments to ensure that testers and developers can do their job

You will be the first point of contact for analyzing and troubleshooting the issues

need experience of the underlying infrastructure and tools for deeper trouble shooting

You must either solve the issue yourself or coordinate with Dev / Arch / Testing teams to resolve the issue

You need to acquire enough application knowledge to test if the ProCon application is working correctly

The main part of your job is the finding understanding and solving of problems. The smaller part is to automate and improve the system in the long run to guarantee the smooth running of an increasing number of test systems
