Variable Dealer Margin (VDM) Program Authoring Specialist

to join our Dealer Operations Teamin ourSzentendreoffice.

Looking to kick-start your career in an international business environment Join our team and work closely with Marketing Sales & Finance teams while managing dealer incentive programs and supporting business operations across Europe.

What will be your roles and responsibilities in the team

• Support dealer program setup in a dedicated internal company system called MPS2
• Manage payment processes & eligibility checks
• Handle data updates and reporting
• Work with cross-functional teams on campaigns and process improvements

• Help improve templates and AI-driven initiatives

Are we looking for you Yes if

• Youre detail-oriented and organized
• You enjoy working with data and processes
• Youre fluent in English
• Youre confident with Excel & Word
• Youre a team player with a problem-solving mindset
• Degree in Business Economics Marketing or related field

• Experience in Sales/Marketing/Finance is a plus
