Technical Program Manager (mfd) Documentation Transformation & Platforms

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of transformation programs including scope timelines quality and outcomes
• Define and manage program roadmaps milestones and performance indicators
• Coordinate multiple workstreams across platforms systems and delivery models
• Identify dependencies manage risks proactively and support clear data-informed decision-making
• Apply structured problem-solving approaches to translate complex requirements into actionable plans
• Gather document and manage business and technical requirements to ensure alignment with user needs
• Serve as a connector across content engineering UX and IT teams to enable shared understanding and alignment
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Support Agile delivery by aligning program priorities with team execution and backlog management
• Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery and governance
• Drive innovation in documentation technologies including automation and AI-enabled capabilities
• Lead adoption of new tools processes and standards across teams
• Promote continuous improvement through data-driven insights performance monitoring and feedback loops

For This Role You Will Need:

• Experience in program management business analysis or requirements development within a technical environment
• Ability to translate business needs into structured actionable requirements
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build alignment across teams and partners
• Familiarity with enterprise content management systems documentation platforms or similar technologies
• Exposure to data-driven solutions automation or AI-enabled technologies
• Ability to manage complexity prioritize effectively and deliver outcomes in evolving environments

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Experience leading transformation or modernization initiatives
• Background in process modeling workflow design or user-centered design
• Familiarity with Agile certifications or requirements engineering frameworks
