Recruitment Professionals- Multilingual- Future Openings

We are seeking talented multilingual individuals to join us in Budapest. Following a hybrid working arrangement collaborate with your colleagues in the office 3 days a week while having the flexibility to work from home 2 days a week.

We offer a range of positions from entry-level to mid-level for the following roles:

• Recruitment Sourcing Specialist: Sourcing qualified candidates for open requisitions within our clients industry.
• Full Life Cycle Recruiter: Leading end-to-end recruitment while managing stakeholders.
• Recruitment Programme Specialist: Responsible for managing relationships with local hiring managers and staffing agencies while managing their temporary/contractual recruitment requests.
• Recruitment Programme Coordinator: Assisting Hiring managers Recruitment Specialists and suppliers during all stages of the contract labour recruitment process including but not limited to: interview scheduling onboarding worker assignment management time and expense management and off boarding.

Qualifications :

• Fluency in English and/or in German Spanish French Dutch Italian Polish
• Staffing industry experience desired but not required
• Human Resources experience desired but not required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
