Job Description :

The Head of Copy is responsible for directing and managing the copy team as well as writing copy and campaigns. This is both a leadership role and a hands-on executional role such as leading projects collaborating and contributing as part of a team and be an individual contributor.

What youll do:

Lead integrated creative and social campaigns from concept to execution
Develop innovative business-driving ideas and strategies
Mentor and support junior creatives and copywriters
Oversee client projects and ensure high creative standards
Stay ahead of advertising and social media trends
Collaborate with strategy media and client service teams

What were looking for:

5 years of experience in advertising creative social media or copywriting roles
Strong conceptual and strategic thinking skills
Leadership and mentoring experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluent English
Proactive collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset
