Align training initiatives with objectives related to safety quality productivity and performance improvement
Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to assess capability needs and identify skill gaps across manufacturing teams
Develop targeted learning solutions that strengthen operational efficiency and employee development
Partner with regional and local teams to adapt global programs to local operational needs while maintaining alignment with company standards
Continuously evaluate learning program effectiveness and drive improvements based on feedback and performance data
Promote a culture of continuous learning engagement and professional growth across all manufacturing locations
Measure and report program impact using key performance indicators such as productivity quality improvements safety metrics and employee engagement
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on program outcomes

For This Role You Will Need:
Degree in Human Resources Organizational Development Business Administration or a related field
5 years of experience in learning and development within manufacturing or operational environments
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations including safety quality and performance practices
Experience designing and delivering training programs that support operational improvement
Ability to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional teams
Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) e-learning tools and training evaluation methods
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Experience working in global organizations and adapting learning strategies to regional requirements
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or similar operational excellence frameworks
Advanced expertise in instructional design and adult learning methodologies
Experience using data and analytics to measure training effectiveness and drive improvement
