Your opportunity

You will:

• Develop maintain and enhance reporting and dashboards that track sales activity client engagement and business performance
• Analyze trends in assets flows and client interactions to identify actionable insights for sales leadership
• Support recurring deliverables including sales and leadership reporting
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions
• Ensure data accuracy consistency and quality across reporting outputs and source systems
• Contribute to the ongoing transition from legacy reporting tools to Power BI improving scalability and user experience
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes
• Work with large and complex data sets from CM marketing platforms and internal systems
• Utilize tools such as Power BI Tableau SQL/Databricks and Alteryx to support analysis and reporting
• Build and optimize data models and reporting solutions to support self-service analytics
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales Marketing Strategy and Technology teams
• Clearly communicate analytical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback to continuously improve reporting and analytical outputs
• Carry out other duties as assigned

Working hours

This role operates on a 2:00 PM 10:00 PM CEST schedule Monday Friday. Please consider this when you are applying.

Must have skills

• Bachelors degree in Analytics Finance Business or related field
• 2-5 years experience in analytics business intelligence or related function
• Experience with data visualization tools including Power BI and Tableau is required
• Experience with Alteryx SQL Snowflake Databricks or data transformation tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have skills

• Experience working with sales or client engagement data within financial services
• Familiarity with CRM systems or marketing data
