At Greif we create packaging solutions that matter. We are looking for aRisk and Property Loss Control Specialistto support global risk management activities with a strong focus onproperty loss control insurance coordination and cross-functional project support.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with aproject-oriented mindsetwho is comfortable working in acorporate environment managing multiple priorities and collaborating across functions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate globalproperty loss control initiatives
• Manage the annualinfrared scanning program including scheduling site support and follow-up on actions
• Coordinateengineering visits and property risk auditsbetween insurers and operations
• Track progress and support closure of risk and loss control recommendations
• Help prioritize and supportrisk-related improvement projects
• Gather and prepare information forinsurance submissions and renewals
• Providecertificates of insuranceas needed
• SupportPO setup invoice coordination and payment trackingglobally
• Contribute to training and educational materials related to property loss control

What were looking for

• Bachelors degree required; background infinance business or related fieldis a plus
• Strongproject coordinationand organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in astructured corporate environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• AdvancedExcelskills and experience withPowerPoint
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Limited travel may be part of the role
