AFAG Valuestream Manager

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Lead the endtoend management of the product value stream from concept development through engineering procurement production and delivery.
• Ensure technical data is accurate accessible and consistently maintained to support current and future products.
• Guide product customization initiatives balancing technical feasibility quality standards and delivery timelines.
• Develop implement and maintain systems that support efficient manufacturing and technical data management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes reduce waste and enhance efficiency across the value stream.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal partners to support procurement planning and sustainable sourcing strategies.
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams including engineering production quality supply chain and sales to achieve shared business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze performance indicators related to cost quality delivery and efficiency using insights to inform decisions.
• Support coach and develop team members to strengthen capabilities engagement and a positive work culture.
• Identify potential risks within the value stream and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to site and operational projects including future relocation or expansion initiatives.

• Experience leading value streams or complex manufacturing operations in an industrial or technical environment.
• A strong understanding of continuous improvement principles and process optimization methodologies.
• Experience working with ERP systems and managing technical or production data.
• The ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders at different levels.
• Strong analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills supported by a datainformed mindset.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to translate technical topics into clear actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Experience in product customization or engineeredtoorder environments.
• Exposure to supplier management procurement planning or contract frameworks.
