Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Coordination and Administration
Organize employee participation in training programs and development activities.
Maintain training records attendance data and related documentation.
Monitor and support the effective implementation of training programs.
2. Organizational and Talent Management
Implement organizational and position-related changes in accordance with management requirements.
Support position standardization and ensure alignment between personnel and job roles.
Assist with talent development initiatives and management of supervisors and key personnel.
Ensure compliance with organizational management policies and requirements.
3. Travel and Administrative Support
Arrange business travel including transportation and accommodation bookings.
Coordinate travel itineraries and provide administrative support for business trips.
Process travel expense reimbursements in accordance with company policies.
Maintain travel records and related documentation.
4. Procurement Coordination
Collect and consolidate requests for office supplies consumables and other operational materials.
Prepare and submit purchase requisitions in accordance with procurement procedures.
Ensure timely availability of materials and supplies to support business operations.
Skills Qualifications and Experience Required:
Bachelors degree (Liberal arts major is preferred)
More than 1 year working experience in data collection and statistics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Hungarian.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office management systems.
Ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential information.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
