We are looking for a Warranty Officer to join our dynamic team based in Kifisia!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and submit warranty claims according to manufacturer standards and policies.

• Review and verify technical documentation repair orders and parts related to warranty cases.

• Monitor claim approvals rejections and pending cases to ensure timely processing.

• Liaise with workshops technical teams and manufacturers regarding warranty procedures and technical issues.

• Be responsible for conducting warranty audits.

• Ensure compliance with warranty guidelines audits and after-sales processes.

• Prepare reports and monitor warranty KPIs costs and performance.

• Support after-sales operations and stay updated on technical bulletins recalls and warranty updates.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in Warranty After-sales or Automotive Administration roles.

• Good technical understanding of automotive systems and repair processes.

• Familiarity with warranty systems DMS/ERP platforms and MS Office (especially Excel).

• Strong organizational analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Very good command of English (written and spoken).

• Experience with EV brands and multi-brand automotive environments will be considered as an asset.
