We are looking for a System Administrator to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems within requirements specifications costs and timelines. The role is accountable to ensure the implementation and maintenance of efoods computing needs. The successful candidate will have proven professional experience and detailed knowledge of best practice processes.

 

What youll do:

  • Provide end-user support by diagnosing and resolving hardware software and network-related issues via ticketing systems email remote assistance or in person.

  • Install configure and maintain computer systems software and peripherals (Windows macOS Linux).

  • Manage user accounts and permissions in Intune Jamf and Okta.

  • Troubleshoot basic network issues (LAN Wi-Fi VPN) and assist in maintaining telecommunications systems (VoIP PBX).

  • Deliver field support services across the organizations remote buildings and offices ensuring uninterrupted IT operations and timely resolution of on-site issues using the companys car.

  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding employees ensuring proper IT setup.

  • Maintain IT documentation including troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles.

  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and IT support best practices.

  • Ensure information security policies are adhered to and assets are properly managed.

  • Collaborate with external and internal partners to coordinate technical projects and system optimizations.

Qualifications :

  • University or Postgraduate Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in an IT support role.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware software and operating systems (Windows macOS Linux).

  • Experience with user management in Single-Sign-On Platforms (OKTA) Intune JamfPro Active Directory.

  • Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting (LAN Wi-Fi VPN).

  • Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (e.g. Jira ServiceNow Zendesk).

  • Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-oriented approach.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Greek.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Category B driving licence is required. 

 

Nice to Have:

  • ITIL Foundation certification or other relevant IT certifications (Google IT Support CompTIA A Microsoft ISPC.
