Supply Chain Trainee, Greece

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Supply Chain Trainee Greece to support our In Home & Away From Home business on a 12month breakthrough journey .

You will be based in Athens and reporting to Supply Chain Manager Southern Europe. With this exciting opportunity you will gain broad experience in our core Supply Chain processes ( Logistics Master Data & Demand Planning) while simultaneously spending a significant amount of your time on functional improvement projects.

Among other you will be working on

• Reporting to provide insights to the Sales and Operations including historical sales trends research demand drivers and forecasting.

• Support order processing and demand & supply review cycles through data preparation and follow-ups.

• Performance KPIs monitoring and Master Data accuracy.
• Successful and on-time delivery of co-packing activities and process mapping.

• Support daily logistics operations including monitoring deliveries shipments and transport performance.
• Assist in coordination with warehouses transport providers and internal stakeholders.
• Help monitor stock levels and availability and support actions to avoid shortages or overstocks.

For this role as a Supply Chain Trainee were looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

• A bachelors degree in Supply Chain & Logistics Business Administration Statistics Economics or relevant fields a Masters is considered an asset.
• 12 years of relevant professional experience within an international environment.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills high attention to detail eagerness to learn and a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent command of both English and Greek.
• Proficiency in in MS Office applications particularly Excel .
• Organized and structured with strong communication skills a collaborative team-player mindset and the ability to follow processes.
• Experience with SAP / Power BI / ERP systems is a plus.
