Job Summary
Please keep in mind this is a 1-year limited position:
- Drive the local product strategy for Energy Storage Systems (ESS) and align it with market requirements and business objectives.
- Monitor market trends customer needs competitor activities and regulatory developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Support sales and business development teams with product expertise positioning and customer-facing presentations.
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle management.
- Translate customer and market feedback into actionable recommendations for product improvement and innovation.
- Provide training and knowledge-sharing sessions to internal teams and external partners on ESS solutions and applications.
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Energy Engineering Business or a related field.
- Previous experience in product management product marketing business development or technical sales within the renewable energy sector.
- Good understanding of battery energy storage systems energy markets and grid applications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert market insights into business recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in both technical and commercial environments.
- English C1 and Greek C1 proficiency.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within international and cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel when required to support customers partners and industry events.
