Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n)Sr.Manager HCC Greece& OtherTradeMarketslocatedinAthens Greece.

TheSr.Manager HCC Greece& OtherTradeMarketssupports healthcare compliance activities for Greeceand other Trade Marketscluster helping ensure ethical business conduct and adherence to applicable healthcare laws regulations and company policies for DePuy Synthes Orthopedics business. This role partners closely with country/clusterleadership Legalbusinessand functional stakeholders and regional and global Compliance teams toidentifyand manage compliance risks while enabling sustainable business growth.

This position playsan important rolein strengthening a culture of integrity and accountability acrossahighly regulated market while gaining exposure to complexmulticountrycompliance operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Healthcare Compliance Officer for Greece and other Trade Markets.

  • Lead the development and execution of healthcare compliance strategies aligned with global and EMEA regional priorities.

  • Identify assess and manage compliance risks related to commercial promotional professional education and other business and operational activities.

  • Provide proactive guidance and practical advice to business leaders on healthcare compliance requirements and ethicaldecisionmaking.

  • Partner withcrossfunctionalstakeholders to embed effective compliance controls into business processes and market activities.

  • Oversee compliance programs including training monitoring risk assessments and issue management activities across assigned markets.

  • Partner with Legal and other functions to support investigations audits and regulatory or health authority interactions.

  • Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends acrossTrade Marketstoanticipateand address emerging compliance risks.

  • Prepare and present compliance risk assessments insights and recommendations to regional and senior leadership.

  • Foster a strong culture of integrity accountability andspeakup.

Qualifications

Education

  • Required:Bachelors degreein Law Business Compliance Finance Healthcare Administration ora relatedfield.

  • Preferred:Advanced degree or professional certification in Compliance Legal Risk or Ethicsrelated disciplines.

Experience and Skills

Required:

  • 810years of progressive experience in healthcare compliance legal risk management audit or related fields.

  • Working knowledge of healthcare compliance laws regulations and industry codes applicable in Greece other Trade Marketsand/or the broader EMEA region (e.g. MedTech Europe national codes).

  • Experience supporting countrylevel compliance programs or compliance initiatives within a regulated industry.

  • Strong analytical skills sound judgment and the ability toidentifyand escalate risks appropriately.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and cultures.

  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a matrixed organization.

Preferred:

  • Experience in medical devices pharmaceuticals or the broader life sciences industry.

  • Prior experience supporting compliance programs within a global organization.

  • Exposuretocompliance monitoring investigations remediation or audits.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.

Other

  • Language:Fluency in English; Greek or other relevant regional language skills preferred.

  • Travel:Up to 2030% primarilywithin the Trade Markets clusterwith some regional travel.

  • Certifications:Compliance legal or ethicscertificationspreferred but not.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company operating as DePuy Synthes. The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

68500.00 - 116035.00
