About the Role

We are looking for motivated Spanish-speaking professionals to join an international Customer Support & Phone Sales team representing a globally recognized technology brand.

In this role you will support customers via phone while identifying sales opportunities and recommending suitable products or upgrades based on customer needs. You will combine customer service excellence with a consultative sales approach in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support and product guidance via phone
  • Assist customers with inquiries and technical/product-related questions
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or upgrades
  • Turn support interactions into sales opportunities through consultative selling
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Use internal systems and tools to support customers efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions

Requirements

  • Native or C2-level Spanish
  • Good English level (B2 minimum)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented and sales-focused mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is considered an advantage
  • Availability to work rotational shifts Monday to Sunday between 10:00 21:00
  • EU citizenship or a valid Greek residence/work permit is required

Salary & Bonus

  • 1045 gross/month (14 salaries per year)
  • 250 monthly performance bonus
  • Stable full-time employment

Training & Work Setup

  • Fully paid remote training (3 weeks)
  • Training start date: 06 July
  • All necessary equipment provided including router
  • Remote work from anywhere within Greece
