About the Role Are you fluent in German and passionate about technology We are looking for customer-focused individuals to join our technical support team providing expert assistance for high-end imaging products including digital cameras printers and professional office equipment.
In this role you will be the bridge between our clients and their customers helping users troubleshoot issues optimize their equipment and ensure they get the best possible experience from their technology. We provide comprehensive hands-on training to turn you into a product expert.
Compensation & Benefits Monthly Salary: 1300 EUR (Gross) Performance Bonus: Up to 10% on top of your monthly salary Work Flexibility: 100% Remote (training and daily operations) Working Hours Schedule: Monday Friday Shift Timing: 09:00 21:00 What You Will Do Multi-Channel Support: Assist customers via phone chat and email. Case Management: Track and follow up on customer cases to ensure efficient timely and successful resolution. Relationship Building: Maintain a professional and empathetic approach with every interaction. Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose issues follow established procedures to fix technical hurdles and escalate complex problems when necessary. Target Achievement: Work to meet both client-specific KPIs and internal performance goals. Collaboration: Exchange ideas with your team share solutions and contribute to a positive knowledge-sharing work environment. What You Bring Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal command of German; good communication skills in English. Tech Savviness: A natural curiosity for gadgets imaging technology and hardware troubleshooting.
