This is a unique fully remote opportunity within Greece allowing you to act as the frontline brand ambassador for a demanding high-profile clientele by handling premium customer inquiries and critical roadside assistance coordination.
What You Will Do:
Act as the first point of contact for Italian-speaking customers handling 30-50 incoming calls and emails daily.
Deliver frontline roadside assistance coordinating breakdown and vehicle recovery support under strict safety guidelines.
Provide expert technical support for digital ecosystem services (e.g. the Mercedes Me App) assisting with logins connectivity and account activation/deactivation.
Troubleshoot basic software and vehicle connectivity issues effectively escalating complex cases to the Backdesk team.
Manage online workshop and dealership appointment bookings while answering queries regarding warranty coverage and service functions.
Meticulously collect and log vital vehicle data customer locations and technical service requirements.
Requirements:
Fluency or C1-level proficiency in Italian paired with professional English skills (B2 level or higher for training and internal operations).
Advanced oral and written communication skills with a strong customer-oriented premium service mindset.
Solid technical PC literacy including basic skills navigating mobile software (Android & iOS) and assisting clients with hotspot connectivity.
Proven problem-solving capabilities strong multitasking skills and a typing speed of at least 25 WPM (85% accuracy).
Geographical knowledge is preferred; holding a valid drivers license is considered a strong asset.
Work Schedule & Contract Details:
Contract Structure: Initial 8-month contract with clear potential for extension. Part-time arrangements are also available.
Schedule: Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts (Rotating shift patterns covering 00:00 to 23:00).
Onboarding: Comprehensive training provided (including 10 days of specialized upskill training) with a supportive 4-month learning curve.

Starting Salary: 1045.72 EUR gross/month.
Structured Salary Increases: Steps up to 1100.00 EUR gross/month after 12 months and 1150.00 EUR gross/month after 3 years.
