As the primary point of contact youll handle inquiries and resolve issues across phone email and chat delivering fast accurate and professional support every time. If youre a proactive communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people and youre fluent in both German and English this role gives you the chance to do meaningful work without leaving home.

Critical Requirements

• Native or fluent German (C1/C2 level)
• Good English communication skills (B2 level)
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup
• Must already reside in Greece and possess the legal right to work in Greece
