What Youll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative youll become the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with device protection services.
You will support customers via:
Phone
Chat
Email
Webforms
Social Media
Your Daily Responsibilities
Claims Management
Register new insurance claims
Process existing claims
Provide claim status updates
Coordinate repairs and replacements
- Assist customers with damaged or faulty electronics such as:
Smartphones
Laptops
Cameras
TVs
Home appliances
Other covered devices
Customer Support
Explain warranty coverage and eligibility
Provide product and service information
Assist with returns and replacements
Resolve customer inquiries efficiently
Handle escalated customer concerns professionally
Complaint Handling
Youll ensure every complaint is handled with professionalism and care by:
Logging complaints immediately
Acknowledging complaints within regulatory timelines
Working toward resolution within established deadlines
Escalating complex cases when required
Performing accurate case documentation
Supporting continuous improvement through root-cause analysis
Case Administration
Update customer records in Salesforce CRM
Maintain accurate case notes
Complete after-call documentation
Route customer cases correctly
Update internal knowledge databases

Minimum 85% typing accuracy
High school diploma or equivalent
