We are seeking a dedicated German-speaking Technical Support Specialist to join our customer service this role you will be responsible for assisting end-users with technical inquiries via phone email and chat ensuring high-quality support and resolution.

Days: Monday Friday
Hours: 09:00 21:00
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting Salary: 1300.00 gross per month.
Performance Bonus: Up to 10% of your gross salary subject to target achievement.
Career Growth: Salary increases after 12 months of cooperation and again after 3 years of employment.

Key Requirements:
Language Skills: Fluent German (C1C2 level) and intermediate English (B2 level).
