Job Overview:

Are you a driven B2B sales professional with a strong passion for tech innovation Advance your career in the vibrant heart of Greece! Based on-site at our bustling port hub in Piraeus (Athens) you will join a dynamic team focused on outbound lead generation and account development for Google Cloud products. Representing one of the worlds most influential tech giants you will proactively engage Small and Medium Business (SMB) clients across the German market to establish a robust pipeline of qualified partnerships.

What You Will Do:

  • Proactively source contact and engage a diverse portfolio of business clients across the German market through outbound calls and emails.
  • Drive net-new sales opportunities platform upgrades up-sells and strategic contract renewals.
  • Analyze and qualify prospective leads by deeply understanding their core business infrastructure and technical needs.
  • Connect directly with key C-level decision-makers to effectively pitch and propose tailored Google Cloud solutions.
  • Maintain develop and meticulously nurture a robust sales pipeline to hit target activity metrics.

Requirements:

  • Native or C1/C2-level proficiency in German paired with strong Business English skills (C1 level or higher).
  • Holding a university Diploma or Bachelors degree is required.
  • Proven professional experience in outbound sales B2B account management or business development.
  • Strong familiarity with CRM software ecosystems and an advanced level of PC/internet browser literacy.
  • Solid foundational understanding of Cloud Services and digital tech solutions.
  • Exceptional written communication negotiation and professional persuasion skills.
  • Highly self-motivated accountable and comfortable driving quotas in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.

Work Schedule & Training:

  • Contract Structure: Stable 8-month contract offering high-value tech sales experience with potential for extension.
  • Schedule: Full-time Monday to Friday (Fixed daytime hours: 09:00 to 19:00 with occasional weekend shifts).
  • Onboarding: Kickstart with a premium 3-week comprehensive training program covering IT Google Cloud architecture and advanced sales methodologies followed by a 1-week structured nesting period.

  • Fixed Base Salary: 1600 EUR gross/month.
  • Massively Uncapped Performance Bonuses: Unlock a quarterly performance bonus worth up to 60% of your gross salary with the unique potential to reach up to 200% for exceptional milestone overachievement.

  • Work Model: Strictly On-site in Athens (Hub location: TP Athens Piraeus PPP2). Please note relocation support is not included for this project.
