Optimal on behalf of a newly established boutique hotel in Amorgos is seeking a Front OfficeAgent for the 2026 season.
Scope of role
With a limited number of suites and a highly personalized guest experience the successful candidate will play a key role in creating memorable first and last impressions ensuring seamless guest journeys from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle guest requests inquiries and reservations ensuring a high level of service and attention to detail.
Provide information about the property island attractions and available services.
Coordinate effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Maintain accurate guest records and reservation information through the Property Management System.
Willingness to participate in occasional night shifts and support night audit procedures -with training provided by the company- will be considered an asset.
Requirements
Previous experience in Front Office operations within the hospitality industry.
Good command of the English language; additional languages will be considered an asset.
Familiarity with Property Management Systems.
Excellent communication and guest service skills.
Team spirit and willingness to contribute to a small close-knit team.
